RESOLUTION NO. 3951 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, the SANTA ANA BOXRD OF EDUCATION has presented to the City Council of Santa Ann, California, a deed dated June 16~h, 1950, conveying an easement for all uses and purposes of a public street in, over and upon the real property situated in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: A strip of land 30 feet in width for the Oouth one-half of ~nahurst Place, between Flower Street and Patton Street, more particularly described as follows: BegSnning at the intersection of the center line of Flower Street with the center line of anahurst Place, as shown on a map oR Tract No. 597z recorded in Book 19, Page 7, Records of Orange Oounty; thence ~asterly along the center line of Anahurst Place 661.83 feet more or less to the Northwest corner of Tract No~ 1281, as shown on a map recorded in Book 40, Page 43, Records of Orange County; thence Southerly along the West line of Tract No. 1281, 30 feet to a point; thence Westerly parallel to and 30 feet distant from the center line of Ann- burst Place to an intersection with the center line of Flower Street; thence Northerly along the center line of Flower Street 30 feet to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom that portion previously granted for flower Street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa accept the deed to said easement over the real property herein de- scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
