RESOLUTION NO. 3952 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHEREAS, the SANTA ANA BOARD OF EDUCATION has presented to the City Council of Santa ~na, California, a deed dated June 16t~h, 1950, conveying an easement for all uses and purposes of a public street in, over and upon the real property situated in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: A strip of land 25 feet in width for the south one-half of 15th Street, between Baker Street and Westwood Avenue, more particularly described as follows: ~eginning at the intersection of the center line of 15th Street with the center line of Baker Street, as shown on a map of Tract No. 1196, recorded in Book 37, Page ~, Records of Orange County; thence southerly along the center line of Baker Street 25 feet to a point; thence easterly parallel to and 25 feet distant from the center line of 15th Street, as shown on the said map of Tract No. 1196, to the northwest corner of Lot 12, of Tract No. 1095, as shown on a map recorded in Book 35, Page 46, Records of Orange County; thence northerly along the west line of Tract No. 1095 to the northwest corner thereof (the said northwest corner being on the center line of 15th Street); thence westerly along the center line of 15th Street to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom that portion of Baker Street pre- viously granted for street purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~na accept the deed to said easement over the real property herein de- scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded in the office of the County ~ecorder oS Orange Court- ty, California.
