RESOLUTION NO. 39 ¢ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2486 of the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Aha, dated the 5th day of October, 1936, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of <br />California, and pursuant to the previsions of Ordinance No. 1030 <br />of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the <br />Use of Public Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, <br />the City Council did declare that the following curb along the <br />public highway in the City of Santa Ana be painted Yellow as <br />provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause said <br />curb to be painted as above described on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> FIRST STREET <br />South side between Main <br /> <br /> On the and Cypress, located <br /> <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> The Easterly 20 feet of the Westerly 145 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon and <br /> eliminate that certain loading zone as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing loading <br />zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby <br />directed to cause the paint on said curbs to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions <br />of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the <br />provisions of said Ordinance No. 1030, the following curb along the <br />public highway in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted green and <br /> <br /> <br />
