to be necessary additional sewage facilities. <br /> <br /> BE IT REBOLVED that the City of Santa Ana shall proceed, <br />as soon as practicable, to make and award a contract for the <br />design of new circulating units for Digester Number One and <br /> <br />Digester Number Three in the <br />and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br /> <br />present sewage disposal plant; <br /> <br />that the City of Banta Aha shall <br /> <br />proceed, as soon as practicable, to call for bids for the con- <br />struction of said circulating units, and to award the contract <br />for such construction to the lowest responsible bidder, and to <br />do all things necessary to expedite the construction of said <br />Circulating units; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER REBOLVED that the City of Banta Ana hereby <br />promises and agrees to pay its percentage of ~e total cost of <br />such additional facilities as such percentage is set out in said <br />Joint agreement and supplements thereto for the Joint construc- <br />tion of additional facilities; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER REBOLVED that any offer heretofore made to <br />sell the sewerage pipe lines and treatment plant is hereby <br />modified to the extent that the per cent of total cost of said <br />circulating units above referred to that is paid by the City of <br />Banta Aha, and such per cent of the total cost of any other ad- <br />ditional facility that is paid by the City of Banta Aha, shall <br />be and is hereby added to the price asked to effect a sale and <br />transfer of title to any agency or group of contracting districts. <br /> <br /> PABSED AND ADOPTED BY the City of Santa Ana at its regular <br /> <br />meeting held on the 19th day of June , 19§0. <br /> <br />ATT ST: // - <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
