KESOLUTION No. 3968 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF <br />~UITCLAIM <br /> <br /> W~M~S, heretofore Tract Number 1058 was recorded and showed <br /> an easement for public utilities along an irregular line, the same <br /> being one of the boundaries of Lot 12; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has no present or prospective interests in <br /> said easement and the same can serve no public purpose; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the City <br />Oler~ are hereby authorized to execute a quitclaim deed releasing <br />and quitclaiming to ROY RUSSELL, the owner of Lots 11 and 12, all <br />of the City's right, title and interest in and to that certain par- <br />col of land in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of <br />California and described as follows: <br /> <br /> Those portions of Lots 11 and 12 of said Tract No. <br /> 1058 described as beginning at the Northeasterly <br /> co~ner of said Lot 11; and running thence South <br /> 89v 50' East along the South line of Fifteenth Street <br /> as shown on said map 64.20 feet; thence South 0° 10' <br /> West 120 feet; thence North 89v 50' West along the line <br /> parallel to and distant Southerly 120 feet from the <br /> South line of said Fifteenth Street, 63 feet; thence <br /> North 0° l0t East 117.$3 feet to a point in the NRrth- <br /> easterly line of said Lot 11; and thence North 25 <br /> West 2.85 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. <br /> Also the remainder of said Lot 12. <br /> <br />And they are further directed to deliver the same. <br /> <br /> PASSED ANDADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 31st day of July, <br />195o. <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> <br />MAYOR / <br /> <br /> <br />
