RESOLUTION No. ,.~69, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AOCEPTIN~ GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~J~BERT BEE CA~PBELLandMARY WINIFRED 0AHPBELL, <br />husband and wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Ann, <br />California, a grant deed dated ~une 22, 1950 conveying fee title in <br />that certain real property in the City of Santa Ann, 0ounty of Orange, <br />State of California, dessrl~ed as follows: <br /> <br /> Parcel 1. A strip of land 25 feet in width the Southerly line <br /> of which is the hereinafter described center line of Myrtle <br /> Street, from a point in said center line which is designated <br /> as Engineer's Station 22,&18.29, Easterly a distance of 762.88 feet <br /> to a point in said center line of Myrtle Street which is desig- <br /> nated as Engineer's Station 29~81.17. <br /> The center line of Myrtle Street above referred to is more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the polnt of intersection of the center line <br /> of Artesia Street with the center line of Myrtle Street as shown <br /> on a Map of "Tract No. 233", as recorded in Book 13, page 9, <br /> ~e~ord~ o~ 0range Co~unty, Ca}lfornia, said. point of beginning <br /> ~exng =esmgnatea as ~n~lneer.s Station 15+$3.38 on the said <br /> ~nte~ line of Myrtle utreet, thence Easterly in a straight <br /> Amne ~o the point of intersection of the center line of Bristol <br /> Street with the center line of Myrtle Street, as shown on a <br /> map of Tract No. 610, as recorded in Book 19, page 12, records <br /> of Orange County, said point of intersection being designated <br /> as Engineer,s Station 39+62.68 of the center line of Myrtle <br /> Street. <br /> Parcel 2. A strip of land of variable width running South- <br />erl~ from =nglneer's Station 5~.S?.96 on the hereinafter de- <br />scribed center line of Pacific Avenue extended Southerly from <br />First Street to Engineer's Station 0~00 on the said center <br />line of Pacific Avenue; bounded Westerly by a line 20 feet <br />Westerly from and parallel to the said center line of Pacific <br />Avenue; and bounded Easterly by a line which is ~.$9 feet East- <br />erly from the said center line of Pacific Avenue at Station <br />5~-87.96 and 5.~5 ~eet Easterly from the said center line of <br />Pacific Avenue at Station 0+00. <br /> The hereinbefore mentioned center line of Pacific Avenue <br /> is described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the point of intersection of the center line of <br />Pacific Avenue extended Southerly from First Street, and the <br />center line of Myrtle Street, said point of beginning being <br />designated as Engineer's Station 0~-00.00 on the center line <br />of Pacific Axenue a~d ~ng~neer's Station 29-/-75.72 on the cen- <br />ter line of ~yrtle ~treet, said Engineer,s Station 29~475.72 <br />being 986.96 feet Westerly measured along the center line of <br />Myrtle Street from its intersection with the center line of <br />Bristol Street as shown on a Map of Tract NO. 610, redordsd <br />in Book 19, page 12, records of Orange County; thence Northerly <br />in a straight line a distance of 1321.75 feet to the point of <br />intersection of the center line of Pacific Avenue with the <br />center line of First Street as shown on a Map of Pacific Elec- <br />tric Subdivision, recorded in Book $, page 15 of ~iscellaneous <br />Maps, records of Orange County, said point of intersection being <br /> <br /> <br />
