RESOLUTION No. 3970 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT WM~EAS, GEORGE E. nUFFF~N am~ MARY E. HUFFMAN, husband sad wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Aha, California, a grant deed dated ~une 22, 1950 conveying fee title in that certain real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: A strip of land 25 feet in width the Southerly line of which is the hereinafter described center line of Myrtle Street, from a point in said center line which is designated as Engineer's Station 20~16.77, Easterly a distance of 201.52 feet to a point in said center line of Myrtle Street which is designated as Engineer,s Sta- tion 22~418.29. The center line of Myrtle Street above referred to is more par- ticularly described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the center line of Artesia Street with the center line of Myrtle Street as shown on a Nap of Tract No. 233, as recorded in Book 13, page 9, rec- ords of Orange County,. said point of beginning being designated as ngineer's Station 15+$3.35 on the said center ~lne of Myrtle Street; thence Easterly in a straight line to the point of inter- section of the center line of Bristol Street with the center line of Myrtle Street, as shown on a Nap of Tract No. 610, as recorded in Book 19, page 12, records of Orange County, said point of inter- section being designated as Engineer,s Station 39~62.68 of the center line of Myrtle Street. Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions and rights of way of record. Also subject to taxes for the fiscal year 1950-1951, not yet payable. NOW, T~FORE, NE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aaa accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described. The City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the 0ounty Recorder of Orange County, California.
