NO. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GP~d~T DEED ~EA~, WILLIAM C. E~EB~.w~ and RUBY 0. EUEB?.~R, husband and wife, have presented to the Oity Oouneil of Santa Ann, California, a grant deed dated ~une 22, 1950 conveying fee title in that certain real property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, deesribed as follows: A strip of land of variable width running Southerly from the South line of First Street, which is designated as Engineer's Station 12~91.75 to Engineer's Station ~87.96 along the herein- after described center line of PacificAvenue, extended ~outherly from First Street, bounded Westerly by a line 20 feet Westerly from and parallel to the said center line of Pacifis Avenue; and bounded Easterly by a line which is $.23 feet Easterly from the said center line of Pacific Avenue at the South line of First Street, and $.89 feet Easterly from the said center line of Pacific Avenue at Engineer's Station 5~487.96 on the said center line of Pacific Avenue. The hereinbefore mentioned center line of Pacific Avenue is described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the center line of Pacific Avenue extende~ Southerly from First Street and the ~an- ter line of Myrtle Street, said point of beginning being designa- ted as Engineer's Station 0 / 00.00 on the center line of Pacific Avenue and Engineer's Station 29~475.72 on the center line of Myrtle Street, said lngineer's Station 29~75.72 being 986.96 feet Westerly measured along the center line of Myrtle Street from its intersection with the center line of Bristol Street aa shown on a Map of Tract No. 610, redorded in Book 19, page 12, records of Orange County; thence Northerly in a straight line a distance of 1321.75 feet to the point of intersection of the cen- ter line of Pacific Avenue with the center line of First Street as shown on aM ap of Pacific Electric Subdivision, recorded in Book $, page 15 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, aaiS point of intersection being designated aa Engineer's Station 13-~21.75 of the center line of Pacific Avenue. Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions and rights of way of record. Also subject to taxes for the fiscal year 1950-1951, not yet pa~able. NOW, THER~FO~, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Samta Aaa ac- cepts said deed and the property hereinabove described. The City Clerk of the City of Santa Ama is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
