The work is to be done in accordance with the ~rofiles~ plans and specifications of the City of Santa Ane on file in the office of the City En£ineer, Room 201, of the City Hall of Santa Ara, California. Copies of the plans and specifications will be furnished upon application to t~e Cit~ Engineer f~r whic~ a charge of ~.~ dollars will be. required. T~e c~arge will not be refunded.
