RESOLUTION NO. 3978 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GP~d~T DEED WEEREAS, M. S. ROBINSON, a widower, has presented to the City Council of the City of Santa Ann, a grant deed dated August $, 1950, which together with escrow instructions on file with the Orange County Title Company Order No. 230649WHP, gran~ to the CITY OF SANTA ANA, certain real property ~ereinbelow described in consld- station of the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) to be paid to said M. S. ROBINSON; and that Lot 3& of said property is owned by MABEL E. STAKE and that Lot 32 and the East 15 feet of Lot 30 of said property is owned by the HOD CARRIERS BUILDING~ND GENERAL LABOR UNION, Local 652; that all of said property is in the City of Santa Ann, Oounty of Orange, State of California and is described as follows: Lots Thirty-two, Thirty-four and the East 15 feet of Lot Thirty of the Park Tract Addition to Santa Ann, as shown on a Licensed Surveyor,s'Map filed in Book l, page 30 of Record of Surveys in the Office of the 0ounty Re- corder of Orange County, California. Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, re- strictions and rights of way of record. Also subject to taxes for fiscal year 1950-1951, not yet payable. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann accepts the deed granting said property to said City for a fire station site, authorizes and directs payment of the consideration ihto escrow and the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ann is hereby instructed to deliver to the Orange County Title Company a cerDified copy of this Resolution and to provide for the recording of said deed and said certified copy.
