RESOLUTION NO. 3987 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Coda of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of 0rdi- <br />nance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance of <br />the City of,Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that the following named intersections within the <br />said City of Santa Aha, hereinafter described, are hereby declared <br />to be stop intersections within the meaning contemplated and <br />intended by the Vehicle Code of the State of California: <br /> <br />The intersection of Bristol Street and Edlnger Street, <br />and all west bound traffic shall stop before entering <br />the intersection. <br /> <br />The intersection of Bristol Street and Delhi Road, <br />and all west bound traffic shall stop before entering <br />the intersection. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Ana at its ...... <br /> a~Journe~ .~/e~j~J~__meeting held on the <br /> <br />day of September , 1950. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
