RESOLUTION NO. 3992 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING STOP IN'~HSECTION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of Califo~nia~ s_nd pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An Ordinance of the <br />City of Santa Aha Regulating the Use of Public Highways within said <br />City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare <br />that the following named intersection within the said City of Santa <br />Aha, hereinafter described, is hereby declared to be a stop inter- <br />section within the meaning contemplated and intended by the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of California: <br /> <br /> The intersection of WASHINGTON AVENUE AND KING STREET, and <br /> all traffic on Washington Avenue shall stop before entering <br /> the intersection. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the . 18th day of <br /> <br /> S~?+ o~.~ . 1950 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(s u) <br /> <br /> <br />
