WHEREAS, heretofore the Planning Commission held public <br />hearing on Variance Application No. 253and thereafter recom- <br />mended that said application be granted on certain conditions set <br />forth in Planning Commission Resolution No. 339; and <br /> <br /> Wg~REAS, applicant for Variance has modified the subdivi- <br /> sion map to correct the most objectionable portion thereof; <br /> <br /> NOW, T~REFORE, BE IT EESOLVED: That a Variance be granted <br />covering property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, Cali- <br />fornia and described as follows: A portion of Lots $ and 9, Ports, <br />Borden and Sldwell Tract, also shown as Tentative Map of Tract No. <br />1~71, to allow and permit the required front yard to be reduaed from <br />60 feet to 50 feet from the center line of the street upon which the <br />lots have their frontage; except that this Variance shall not apply <br />to any Flower Street frontage and lots abutting on Flower Street <br />shall be unaffected hereby.
