RESOLUTION NO. 3994 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa <br />Ana, entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana <br />Regulating the Use of Public Highways within said City", <br />adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby <br />declare that the following named intersection within the <br />said City of Santa Ana, hereinafter described, is hereby <br />declared to be a stop intersection within the meaning <br />contemplated and intended by the Vehicle Code of the <br />State of California: <br /> <br /> The intersection of SIXTH STREET and <br /> BAKER STRET, and all traffic on Baker <br /> Street shall stop before entering the <br /> intersection. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana at its adJo~trned regular meeting <br />held on the 28th day of September , 1950. <br /> <br />ATTEST: Mayor / <br /> <br /> City Clerk~ <br /> <br />By ~ <br /> ~ ' ~ Deputy <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
