RESOLUTION NO. 3996 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F SANTA ANA, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, <br />entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating <br />the Use of Public Highways within said City", adopted <br />April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare that <br />the following curb along the public highway in the City <br />of Santa Ana shall be painted Yellow, as provided in <br />subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, <br />and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said <br />curb to be painted Yellow, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> ANAHURST PLACE <br /> <br /> On the South Side between Flower and Patton Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 40 feet of the West 335.6 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Coundil of the <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana at its regular ... meeting <br /> <br />held on the 2n~ day of 0c~ob~ , 1950. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
