RESOLUTION NO. 3997 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED WHerEAS, EDWARD A. WAL~ and HELEN D. WALKER, his wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Ann a deed dated September 21, 1950 conveying an easement for all uses and purposes of constructing and maintaining a storm sewer and necessary appur- tenances in, over and upon that real property situated in the County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: A strip of land 30 feet in width, the north line of which is the center line of Bishop Street, as shown on a map of Tract No. 1406, recorded in Book 43, Page 13, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County; said center line of Bishop Street is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Shelton Street and the center line of Bishop Street, as shown on a map of Morse Villa Tract, recorded in ~ook 3, Page 46, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County. Running thence N 89° 52' 30" W. 30 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the Northeast; thence along the arc of said curve having a radius of 300 feet with a central angle of 30° 00' a dis- ta$ce of 157.08 feet to the beginning of a tangent; thence N 59° 52' 30" W. 227.39 feet to the beginning of a cdrve concave to the Southwest; thence along the arc of said curve having a radius of 300 feet and a central angle of 29° 54' 15" a distance of 156.58 feet to the beginning of a tangent; thence N 89° 46' 45" W. 796.57 feet to the center line of ~ristol Street. Excepting therefrom those ~ortions previously granted for Shelton Street and Bristol ~treet. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ann accepts said deed conveying said easement in the real property hereinabove described, and the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ann is hereby instructed to provide for the recording of said deed with the County Recorder of Orange County.
