RESOLUTION NO. 3998 RESOLUTION APPROVING MAP S~t0WING PORTION OF FRENCH STREET, IN THE 0ITY OF SANTA ANA PROPOSED TO BE VAOATED AND ABANDONED WHEREAS, heretofore the City Engineer of the City of Santa Aha has presented to the City Council of Santa Aha, a certain map showing a portion of French Street which said City proposes to vacate, abandon and close up, and which is described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the Westerly ~l.ine of ~rench Street with the Northerly line of Resubdi- vision~'l~fe~L~l Tract recorded in Book 6, Page 3, Misc. Ma~s of 0rsnge County, State of California; thence South 89 -27'-00 East along said Northerly line 5~.85' to a point in said Northerly line; thence South 0 -23'-30" West 0.08 feet to the beginning of a curve; thence Southwesterly along the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly tangent to the last described course and having a radius of 50.00 feet through an angle of ~8°-3~'-07" an arc distance of ~2.38 _ feet to the beginning of a tangent; thence South 48v-57'-37" West 8.15 feet to the begimmlng of a curve; thence South- westerly along the arc of a curve concave Southeasterly tan- gent to the last described course and having a radius of 102.66 feet through an angle of 27°-35'-12" an arc distance of 49.43 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence South- westerly along the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly having a radius of 20.00 feet through an angle of 32v-$2'-39" an arc distance of 11.42 feet to a point in the Westerly line of French Street~ thence North 0o-20'-30" East along the Westerly line of ranch Street 92.28 feet to the Point of Beginning. All bearings given are based on ~he Northerly line of Resub of Nob Hill Tract being South 89 -27' East as recorded in Bk. 6, Pg. 3, Misc. Maps of Orange County, State of California. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the said map be and the same is hereby approved. The City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is ordered and directed to file the same in the proceedings for the abandonment of said portion of said street that said map may be used in connection With the Ordinance or Resolution of Intention to vacate such portion of said street, and that said map may be available for inspection by the public.
