RESOLUTION NO. 4000 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE AND EXECUTION OF DEED <br /> TO REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br /> WPIEREAS, the City of Santa Aha acquired certain real prop- <br />erty hereinbelow described for a Fire Station Site and thereafter <br />determined the desirability of selling the same and acquiring a <br />different location for such fire Station; and <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, the City has received an offer as hereinbelow set <br /> <br />forth; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City does hereby <br />grant that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, County <br />of Orange, State of California described as: <br /> <br /> Lots Thirty-two, Thirty-four and the East 15 feet of <br /> Lot Thirty of the Park Tract Addition to Santa Ana, as <br /> shown on a Licensed Surveyor's Map filed in Book l, page 30 <br /> of Record of Surveys in the Office of the County Recorder <br /> of Orange County, California. <br /> <br /> Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, restric- <br /> tions and rights of way of record. <br /> <br /> Also Subject to taxes for fiscal year 1950-1951, not <br /> yet payable; <br /> <br />to C. HAROLD HOPKINS and LOUISE SMITH HOPKINS, hush.and and wife as <br />tenants in common for the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) <br />the expense of escrow, appraisal and other incidental expenses, said <br />purchaser to arrange with the architects for any additional fees <br />necessary by reason of the change of Fire Station Site and the Mayor <br />and the City Clerk of said City are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute a Grant Deed to said property conveying the same to said pur- <br />chasers. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Aha at its special <br /> <br />1950. <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> <br />meeting held on the ...~h day of October <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />(SSAn) <br /> <br /> <br />
