RESOLUTION NO. 4004 RESOLUTION GRANTING EASEmeNT FOR U~VDERGROUND ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WHEREAS, it appears desirable that the new Fire Station now under construction be connected with the fire alarm system, the telephone system and the centrally produced electrical energy systems in the City of Santa Ana; and WHEREAS, the Southern California Edison Company is willing to install wires, cables etc. to connect said Station with said systems provided they are granted an easement to construct and maintain the same; NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLED: That the City of Santa Ana does hereby grant to the Southern California Edison Company, a Cor- potation, an easement to construct, use, maintain, replace, alter and/or remove in, on and over that certain real property belonging to said City hereinbelow described in grantor's conduits, an under- ground electrical system consisting of wires, cables and necessary appurtenances for conveying electrical energy to be used for light, heating, power, telephone and/or other purposes. The real property Ana, affected by this easement is in the City of Santa/County of Orange, State of California and described as: A four foot strip of land in Lots 35 and 36 of Tract #1265, as per map recorded in Book 40 of Miscellaneous Maps, page 48, records of said Orange County, the centerline of which strip is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at or near the Southeast corner of said Lot 35; thence Southwesterly in a straight line 60 feet. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the City Clerk of said City be and they are hereby authorized and directed to exe- cute a grant of said easement on behalf of the City of Santa Aha, California.
