RESOLUTION NO. 4005 <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordi- <br />nance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha, entitled "An 0rdinance <br />of the City of Santa Aha Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that the following curb along a public highway <br />in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Red as provided in <br />Subdivision "e" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the <br />City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted <br />Red, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> GARFIELD STREET <br /> <br />On the East side, from Fourth Street to Sixth <br />Street. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Ana, at its regula~ meeting held on <br /> <br />the 19th day of October , 19§0. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
