RESOLUTION NO. 4008 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE VAOATIONAND ABANDONMENT <br />0F A PORTION OF FRENCH STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha on the <br />2nd day of October, 1950 regularly passed and adopted Resolution <br />No.3999 declaring its intention to vacate and abandon a portion <br />of French Street which said Resolution was regularly published in <br />the manner prescribed by law for the publication of Ordinances of <br />said City; and <br /> <br /> V~HEREAS, notice of said intention was duly posted as required <br />by Section 8322 of the Streets and Highways Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, public hearing was regularly held on the 2nd day of <br />November, 1950 at the hour of ~00 P.M. in the Council Chambers in <br />the City Hall, Santa Aha, California, upon due notice in said Reso- <br />lution and said posted notic~es contained. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, AFTER DUE 1TEARING, BE IT RESOLVED: That the <br />City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby finds from all the evi- <br />dence submitted, that that portion of French Street hereinbelow and <br /> <br />in said Resolution described, <br />rive public street purposes; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />is unnecessary for present or prospee- <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Ann hereby makes its order vacating and abandoning for street <br /> <br />purposes, that certain parcel of real property being in the City of <br />Santa aaa, County of Orange, State of California and described as: <br /> <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the Westerly <br />line of ~rench Street with the ~ortherly line of Resubdi- <br />vision ~ob Hill Tract recorded ia Book 6, Page 3, Misc. <br />Maps of Orange County, State of California; thence ~outh <br />89u-27'-00" East alo~ said Northerly line 57.85' to a <br />point in said Northerly line; thence South 0o-23'-30" West <br />0.08 feet to the beginning of a curve; thence Southwesterly <br />along the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly tangent to <br />the last described course and having a radius of 50.00 feet <br />through an angle of &BY-34'-07" an.arc distance of ~2.37 , <br />feet to the beginning of a tangent, thence South 48 -57 -37 <br />West 8.14 feet to the beginning of a curve; thence South- <br />westerly along the arc of a curve concave Southeasterly tan- <br />gent to the last described course and having a radius of <br />102.66 feet through an angle of 27°-35'-12" an arc distance <br />of 49.43 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence South- <br />westerly along the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly <br /> <br /> <br />
