RESOLUTION NO. 4012 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TIME LIMIT PARKING ZONE <br /> UNDER SECTION 9 OF 0RDi~ANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordi- <br />nance of the City of Santa Aha Regulating the use of Public <br />Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City <br />Council does hereby declare that the following curb along the <br />public highways in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted green <br />and shall bear a legend in white letters thereon indicating that <br />the maximum time limit for parking shall be twenty (20) minutes, <br />as provided in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. <br />1030, and the City En~ineer is hereby ~irected to cause said <br />curb to be painted as a~ove described, on the following curb, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> EAST FIRST STREET <br /> <br /> On the South side between ~innie and Hathaway Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The West 22.5 feet of the East 242 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, at ~ts regular meeting held on the 16th ...... day of <br /> <br /> November , 1950. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
