RESOLUTION NO. 401S <br /> <br /> HESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TI~'~E LIMIT PA~KING ZONE <br /> UNDEH SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT ~SOLVED BY THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~NTA A~A, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Veai¢le Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 10~0 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordi- <br />nance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the use of Public <br />Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City <br />Council does hereby declare that the following curb along the <br />public highways in the City of santa Ana shall be painted green <br />and shall bear a legend in white letters thereon indicating that <br />ths maximum ti~e limit for parking shall be ten (10) minutes, <br />as provided in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. <br />1050, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said <br />curb to be painted as above described, on the following curb, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> On the West <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> NORTH Y~IN STREET <br /> <br />side between Third Street and Fourth Street, <br /> <br />Santa Ana, <br /> <br /> Novem~ <br /> <br />The South 60 feet of the North 92 feet. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br /> at its regular meeting held on the 16th d& of <br /> <br /> , 1950. <br /> <br />ATTEST:~~ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />~ayor <br /> <br /> <br />
