GEORGE E. ~.u~r~'.~N and ~ARY E. HUFFMAN, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Aha, California, a grant deed dated October 26, 1950 conveying easement in that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: An easement for street and swwer purposes over the Southerly 25 feet of the following: Commencing at a point 984 feet West and 754 feet South from the common corner of Sections 11, 12, 13 and 1~, Town- ship 5 South, Range 10 West, and rumnlng thence South 588.85 feet, more or less, to the South line of Lot One of the "Sepulveda Tract," as shown on a Map recorded in Book 31, page 197 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California, thence West 958 feet; thence North 1320.75 feet, more or less, to the center line of First Street; thence East ~60 feet; thence South 368 feet; thence East 230 feet; thence South 366 feet; and thence East 268 feet, more or less, to the ~oint of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the portion lying East of a line and the Northerly extension thereof described as follows: Beginning at a point in the South line of West First Street distant there- on 192.75 feet Easterly of the intersection of said South line with the East line of "Tract No. 259", as shown on a Map re- corded in Book 13, page 31 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, and running thence Southerly 1285.49 feet, more or less, to a point in the South line of Lot One of the "Sepulveda Tract,' as shown on a Map recorded in Book 31, page 197 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California, which point is distant thereon 201.75 feet East of the intersection of said South line with the Southerly extension of the East line of said "Tract No. 259". Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, restric- tions and rights of way of record. Also subject to taxes for the fiscal year 1950-1951, not yet payable. NOW, THE~LEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described. The City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. BE IT ~WYRTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution Number 3970 accepting a grant deed furnished by the Title Company, which contained an error in the description corrected hereby, be and the same is rescinded and repealed.
