RESOLUTION NO. 401V <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACOEPTING GRANT DEED <br /> <br /> WB~EAS, WiLLIAM C. KUEBT~ and RUBY C. UEBT.~, husband and <br /> wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Aha, California, a <br /> grant deed dated June 22, 1950 conveying ~else~eat in that certain <br /> real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, state of <br /> Oalifornia, described as follows: <br /> <br /> That portion of Lot One of the "Sepulveda Tract", as shown <br /> on a Map recorded in Book 31,' page 197 of Deeds, records'of <br /> Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point 984 feet West of the common corner <br /> of Sections 11, 12, 13 and 14 in Township 5 South, Range 10 <br /> West, S. B. B. & M., thence ~outh 30 feet to a point in the <br /> South line of First Street (60 feet wide), and being the true <br /> point of beginning of this description; thence South 705 feet <br /> to the Southeast corner of the land conveyed to Ruby C. Euebler <br /> by deed recorded November 5th, 1935 in Book 786, ~age 248 of <br /> Official Records; thence West 24.89 feet; thence orth 704 feet, <br /> ~ore or less,.to a point in the South line of First Street <br /> 60 feet wide) distant 24.23 feet West from the true point of <br /> beginning; thence East 24.23 feet to the true point of beginning. <br /> <br /> Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, restric- <br /> tions and rights of way of record. <br /> <br /> Also subject to taxes for the fiscal year 1950-1951, not <br /> yet payable. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City ofSantaAna <br />accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described.
