RESOLUTION NO. 4018 RESOLUTION ACOEPTING Gt~ANT DEED WHEREAS, the RESIDENTIAL IMPROVEMENT CO., a Corporation, has presented to the City Council of Santa Aha, California, a grant deed dated November 1, 1950 conveying fee title in that cer- rain real property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of Oalifornla, described as follows: A ~ortion of Lots 8 and 9 of "Porte, Borden and Sidwell Tract", as shown on a map recorded in Book $, Page 625, Miscellaneous Records of ~os Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 8, said Northeast corner being in the Southwesterly. line of the Southern PaoificoRailroad Company's 100 foot right of way; thence South 89 55' 05" West along the Northerly lines of Lots 8 and 9, 11~8.56 f~et to the Northwest corner of said Lotog; thence_South iv 02' West 30.00 feet; thence North 89 55' 05" ~ast 1159.85 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the Southwest and having a radius of 100.00 feet; theno~ Southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 54v 13' 10" an arc length of 95.63 feet to a point in the Easterly lime of said Lot 8; thence North- westerly along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 8, to the point of beginning; Excepting Therefrom the interest in the Westerly 50 feet thereof which was granted to the City of Santa A~a by the deed recorded September 12, 1929 in Book 305, at page 387, of Official Records, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aaa accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described. The City Clerk of the City of Santa Ann is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
