<br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ALBERT BEE CAMPBELL AND MARY WINIFRED CAMPBELL,
<br />husband and wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Ann,
<br />
<br />California, a grant deed dated ~une 22, 1950 conveying easement in
<br />that certain real property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange,
<br />
<br />State of California, described as follows:
<br />
<br /> Parcel 1. That portion of Lot One of the "Sepulveda Tract",
<br /> as shown on a Map recorded in Book 31, page 197 of Deeds, rec-
<br /> ords of Los Angeles Oounty, California, described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point 984 feet West and 734 feet South
<br /> from the cQmmon corner of Sections 11, 12, 13 and 14 in Town-
<br /> ship 5 South, Range 10 West, S. B. B. & M., thence South 588.85
<br /> feet to the South line of said Lot 1 of the Sepulveda Tract;
<br /> thence West 25.45 feet; thence North 588.85 feet, more or less,
<br /> to a point which is 24.89 feet West from the point of beginning;
<br /> thence East 24.89 feet to thesPoint of beginning.
<br /> Excepting therefrom the outh 25 feet thereof.
<br /> Parcel 2. The South 25 feet (said 25 feet being measured
<br /> at right angles to the South line thereof) of the following de-
<br /> scribed property:
<br /> Commencing at a point 984 feet West and 754 feet South from
<br /> the common corner of Sections 11, 12, 13 and 14 in Township 5
<br /> South, Range 10 West, S. B. B. & M., and running thence South
<br /> 588.85 feet, more or less, to the South line of said Lot 1 of
<br /> the Sepulveda Tract; thence West 958 feet; thence North 1320.75
<br /> feet, more or less, to the center line of First Street; thence
<br /> East 460 feet; thence South 368 feet; thence East 230 feet;
<br /> thence South 366 feet, and thence East 268 feet, more or less,
<br /> to the point of beginning.
<br /> Excepting therefrom the portion lying West of a.line and
<br /> the Northerly extension thereof described as follows.
<br /> Beginning at a point in the South line of West ~irst
<br /> Street distant thereon 192.75 feet Easterly of the intersection
<br /> of said South line with the East line of Tract No. 259, as shown
<br /> on a Map recorded in Book 13, page 31 of Miscellaneous Maps,
<br /> Records of Orange County, California, and running thence South-
<br /> erly 1285.$9 feet, more or less, to a point in the South line
<br /> of said Lot 1 of the Sepulveda Tract, which point is distant
<br /> thereon 201.75 feet East of the intersection of said South line
<br /> with the Southerly extension of the East line of said Tract No.259.
<br /> Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations, restric-
<br /> tions and rights of way of record.
<br /> Also subject to taxes for the fiscal year 1950-1951, not
<br /> yet payable.
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann
<br />accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described. The City
<br />Clerk of the City of Santa Ann is hereby instructed to cause said
<br />deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, Call-
<br />
<br />fornia.
