RESOLUTION NO. $020 <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONEXPLAINING OR CLARIFYING RESOLUTION <br />NUMBER $003 <br /> <br /> WHER~AS, heretofore on October 19, 1950 the City Council <br />adopted Resolution Number $003 granting a cost of living increase <br />to employees of the City but made no exclusions for any class of <br />employees. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution No. $003 <br />has and shall have no application to employees of the City working <br />under the supervision of the Santa Aha Library Board, for the rea- <br />son that these employees receive compensation that is fixed and <br />paid by said Library Board from funds not under the control of the <br />City Council. <br /> <br /> BE IT FUR~ RESOLVED: That Resolution No. $003 has and <br />shall have no application to employees of the City working under <br />the supervision of the Santa Ana Recreation Commission until and <br />unless said Recreation Commission shall have adopted a Resolution <br />approving Resolution No. 4003 and/or recommending that the provisions <br />thereof shall apply to said employees. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ana at its regula~ meeting held on the 18th day of <br /> November 1950. <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> ERMA EEE~.~' city Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
