RESOLUTION NO. 402~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TINLE LIi~IT PARKING ZONE <br />UNDER SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C0t~NCIL OF THE CITY 0F SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOI~LOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordi- <br />nance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the use of Public <br />Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1938, the City <br />Council does hereby declare that the following curb along the <br />public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted green <br />and shall bear a legend in white letters thereon indicating that <br />the maximum time limit for parking shall be twenty (20) minutes, <br />as provided in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. <br />1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said <br />curb to be painted as above described, on the following curb, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> EAST FOURTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the South ~ide between Lacy and Garfield Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The West 37 feet of the East 214 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, at its regular meeting held on the ?~h day of <br /> <br /> December , 1950. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
