RESOLUTION NO. 402~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle <br />Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, <br />entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating <br />the Use of Public Highways within said City", adopted <br />April 8, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare that <br />the following curb along the public highway in the City <br />of Santa Aha shall be painted Yellow, as provided in <br />subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, <br />and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said <br />curb to be painted Yellow, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Broadway, <br /> <br /> C0~ERCIAL STREET <br /> <br />On the North side between Main Street and <br />located as follows: <br /> <br />The West 141.8 feet of the East 1S3.S feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the <br />City of Santa Ana, at its regular <br />meeting, held on the ?$h day of <br /> <br />City Council of the <br /> <br /> Deeembe~ , 1980. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />-- C~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
