RESOLUTION NO. 4026 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PASSENGER L~ADING ZONE UNDER SECTION 9 <br /> OF ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 10Z0 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An 0rdi- <br />nance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public <br />Highways within said City"~ adopted April 8, 19~6, the City <br />Council does hereby declare that the following curb along the <br />publi~ highway in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted White <br />as provided in Subdivision (g) of Section 9 of said Ordinance <br />No. 1050, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause <br />said curb to be painted White, as follows: <br /> <br /> ~NEST TENTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the South side between ~ain and Sycamore Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 58 feet of the West 74 feet. <br /> <br />Santa Ana at its <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> regular meeting held on the 71~ day of <br /> <br /> , 1950. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
