RESOLUTION NO. 4027 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVINGMAP SHOWING A PORTION 0FANUNNAMEDALLET <br /> IN BLOCK 75, SANTA ANAEAST PROPOSED TO BE VACATED ANDABANDONED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore the City Engineer has presented to the <br />City Council of Santa Ann, a certain map showing a portion of an <br />unnamed alley which said City proposes to vacate, abandon and close- <br />up and which said portion is in the City of Santa Ann, County of <br />Orange, State of California and described as follows: <br /> <br /> The northwesterly 155 feet more-or-less, of that unnamed <br /> alley extending from Stafford Street to Fruit Street in <br /> Block 75, Santa Aaa East as per map thereof recorded in <br /> Book l0 at pages 43 and 44, ~ecords of Los Angeles County, <br /> the same lying between Lots i through 6 both inclusive, <br /> and the northwesterly 5 feet of Lot 7 and Lots 27 through <br /> 32 both inclusive and the northeasterly 5 feet of Lot 26, <br /> all in said Block 75. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the said map be and <br />the same is hereby approved. The City Clerk of the City of Santa Ann <br />is ordered and directed to file the same im the proceedings for the <br />abandonment of said portion of said street that seid map may be used <br />in connection with the Ordinance or Resolution of Intention to vacate <br />such portion of said street, and that said map may be available for <br />inspection by the public. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ann at its regular meeting held on the 21et day <br />of December , 1950. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />mYOR <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
