RESOLUTION NO. $028 RESOLUTION DECLARING INT~NTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO VACATE A PORTION OF AN UNNAMED ALLEY IN BLOCK 75 SANTA ANA EAST ~, the City Oouncil after study, concluded that a portion of a certain unnamed alley herein described should be abandoned on the ground that it is unnecessary for present or prospective street or alley purposes. WEEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted by Resolu- tion, a certain map for filing in the City Clerk's Office, graphi- cally showing the parcel herein referred to; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ann hereby declares its intention to proceed with the abandonment and vacation of said portion of said unnamed alley; That said City Comucil hereby declares its intention to va- cate and abandon that portion of said unnamed alley hereinbelow de- scribed and as shown on and in accordance with an official map there- of, adopted by Resolution Number 402? on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City and reference is hereby made to said map for further particulars; That the portion of said unnamed alley herein proposed to be vacated lies in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, and is described as follows: The northwesterly 155 feet more-or-less, of that unnamed alley extending from Stafford Street to Fruit Street in Block 75, Santa Ann East as per map thereof recorded in Book l0 at pages $3 and ~$, ~ecords of Los Angeles County, the same lying between Lots i through 6, both inclusive, and the northwesterly 5 feet of Lot 7 and Lots 27 through 32, both inclusive, and the northeasterly 5 feet of Lot 26, all in said Block 75. That the 18t~ day of January , 1951, at the hour of l:00 P.M. on said day in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at Third and Main Streets in the City of Santa ~na is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation and abandonment of a portion of an unnamed
