Requested by the First Evangelical United Brethren Church. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4030 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TI~E LL'¥~IT PARKING ZONE <br /> UNDER SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An <br />Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the use of <br />Public Highways within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, <br />the City Council does hereby declare that the following curb <br />along the public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be <br />painted green and shall bear a legend in white letters there- <br />on indicating that the maximum time limI~ for parking shall <br />be twenty (20) minutes, as provided in Subdivision "F" of <br />Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer <br />is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as above <br />described, on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> TENTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the North side between Main Street and Bush Street, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The Easterly 83.2 feet of the Westerly 131.8 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21~t day of <br /> <br /> Deeembe~ , 19 .~0 · <br /> <br />ATTEST:~ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />t~ayor · <br /> <br /> <br />
