Blaisdell <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4072 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TIME LIMIT PARKING ZONE <br /> UNDER SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordi- <br />nance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />within said City", adopted April 8, 1936, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that the following curb along a public highway in <br />the City of Santa Ana shall be painted green and shall bear a <br />legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time <br />limit for parking shall be twenty (20) minutes, as provided in <br />Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the <br />City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted <br />as above described, on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> WEST SEVENTEENTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the South side between Patton and Ross Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br />The East 20 feet <br /> <br />The East 20 feet <br /> <br />of the West ~34 feet. <br />of the West 285 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the <br /> <br /> l~h day of April , 1951. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
