Bristol Street with the center line of First Street 91.15 feet. Section 2. ' All of t~e elevations stated and given in this Ordinance and which are hereinbefore fixed and established as the grade noon North Garnsey Street and West First Street are based upon a datum Diane adopted and established by Ordinance No. 226 of the City of Santa Aha, which datum o~ane is 124.288 feet below the center of a bench mark consisting of a copper plate fixed and located in the northwest corner of the City Hall of the City of Santa Aha, and marked "U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey B. ~." All of said elevations are expressed in feed and hundredths of feet and are above said d~tum plsne. Section 3. At all points on each street existing be- tween the consecutive designated points where the elevations are stated and given, the grade on that street shall conform to a true and uniform gradient along the center line of the street, between designated points. All distances on each street between said designated points at w}~ich the elevations sre stated and given are to be measured along the center line of thot street unless other- wise specifically herein provided. Section 4. ~is Ordinance sha]] be published three times in Santa Aha Daily ~vening i~egfster, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in t~e city of ~anta Ana, and shall take effect and be in force thirty days after its passage. The above and foregoing Ordinance No. 68V was regularly introdnced before tt~e Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha at a regnlar meeting thereof held on the 1Vth day of Apr,.l, 19~2, and passed and adopted by the said Board of Trustees at a reg~lar adjourned meeting t]:ereof held on the B4tb day of A~ril, lO~, by the a[f~rmative vote of t~e foXlowing na~ed members thereof.
