L. ~eEely (SEAL) City 0HDINANCE NO. 689. AN OHDINANCE OF THE CITYOF SAN~A ANA4 CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A CERTAIN STREET THEREOF ON BEHALF OF THE SAID CITYAND FIXING AND ESTABLISHING THE GRADE THEREOF. The Board of TA~ustees of the City of Santa Arm, do ordai: as follows: ~eetion 1. That open public street in the City of Santa Aha, commonly known as and called Hiverine.~Avenue, is hereby .accepted as and declared to be an openpublio street of the City of Santa Arm and named Riverine Avenue. The official grade of and upon Riverine Avenue is hereby fixed and established as follows: The grade is stated at designated points upon and along the center line of River~ne Avenue and the elevations are given for the top of the crown of the street and along the center line thereof as follows: At the point of intersection of the Southerly extended center line of Riverine Avenue with the center line of Sixth Street 122.80 feet. At'the point in the center line of Riverine Avenue 400 feet Northerly from the center line~o~ Sixth Street, 123.80 feetJ At the point of intersection of the center line of Riverine Avenue with the center lin~ of Hickey Street 122.40 feet. At a point in the center line of Riverlne Avenue ~0 feet Northerly from the center line of Hickey Street, 12~.$0 feet. At the point of intersection of the center line of Riverine Avenue with the center line of Tenth Street, 12A.~B feet.
