That open public street in t~e City of S~nts Ana, commonly known as ~nd called ~orth Artesia is hereby%ccepted as and declared to be Street, an open public street of the City of Snnta A~a snd named North Artesia Street. l~e official grade of and upon North Artesia Street is hereby'fixed ~nd established as follows: The Krade is stated st designated points upon and along the center line of North Artesia Street and the elevations are ~iven for the top of the crown of the street snd along the center line thereof as follows: At the point of intersection of the center line of No~,th Artesia Street with the center line of West First St., 8L. 50 feet. At the point of intersection of the center l~ne of North Artesia Street with the center line of West Second Street, 8~.50 feet., At the point of intersection of the center line of North Artesia Street with the center St., 84.80 feet. At the point of intersection of line of West Third the westerly extended center line of ~est Fourth Street with the center line of North Artesta Street, $6.05 feet. At the point of intersection of the center line of North Artesla Street wit~ the center line of West Fifth Street, 87.30 feet. Section'2. All of the elewtions stzted and given in this Ordinance and which ~re hereinbefore fixed ~nd est~blisbed ss the grade upon North Artesia Street are b~ed upon ~ dntum Dlsne adopted and estzbllsbed by Ordinance No. 226 of the City of Santa An~, which datum plane is 124.288 feet below the center of a bench mark consistin~ of s copper plate fixed ~nd located, in the Nortkwes% co~ner of th~ City Hall of L~nts Aha, ~nd marked "U.
