Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to submit a certifled copy of this Ordinance to the County Auditor of Orange County, Cslifornia, on or be- fore the last 5Uesdsy in August, 1922. The City Clerk shall cause this Ordi- nance to be published three times in the Santa Aha Dai~ly ~vening ~e~ister, a newspaoer printed and published and generally circulated in the City of S~nta A~a, ~nd hereby designated for the pu~licatlon of this Ordinance.
