At the point of intersection of the center line of mHespertan Street with the center line of West Fourth Street, 96.6§ feet. At the point of intersection of the northerly extended eenter line of Hesperian Street with the center line of West~ Fifth Street, 9V.VO feet. Section 2. All of the elevations stated and given in .this Ordlnanee and which herein before fixed and established as' the grades upon West First Street, West Second Street, West Third Street, Western Avenue, Forest Avenue, Pacific ~ Avenue and Hesperian Street are based upsn a datum plane adopted and established by Ordinance No. 5Vl of the City of Santa Aha, which datum plane is 124.288 feet below the cen- ter of a benchmark consisting of s copper plate fixed and located in the Northwest corner of the City Hall of Santa Ana, and marked "U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey B.M." All · of said elevations are expressed in feet and hur~dredths of feet and are above said datum plane. Section 3. At all points on each street existing be- tween the consecutive designated points where the elevations axe stated and given, the grade ~n that street shall conform to a true and uniform gradient along the center line of the ~tpeet, between designated points. Ail distances on each street between said designated points at which the elevations are stated and given are to be measured along the center line of that street unless otherwise specifically herein provided.. Section 4.
