The Board of Trustees of the City of Sent~ Aha, do ordain as follows: Section 1. Those open public streets in the city~ of Santa Aha, commonly knawn as and called Hicke.~ Streel West W~lnut Street, West Pine Street, South Artesia Street,'Grand Avenue, East.Second Street, East Third Street and Hathaway Street are hereby accepted as and declared to be open public streets of the City of Santa Aha and named Hickey ~treet,~ ~es.t Walnut otreet, ~est tine ~treet, oouth Attests ~t~ee~, Grand Zvenue, ~ast oecond Street, ~ast Third Street and Hathaway Street. The official grade of and upon Hickey Street is hereby fixed ~nd established es follows: ~t the p~int of intersection of the center line of ~ickey Street with the center line of North Artesia Street 89.80 feet.
