At the po~.nt of intersection of the Southerly extended center line of Hathaway Street with the center line of East First Street 129.50 feet. At the ~oint of intersection of the Northerly extended center line of Hathaway Street with the center llne of East Fourth Street 1~2.60 feet. Section 2. All of the elevations stated and given in this Ordinance and which are hereinbefore fixed and established as the grades upon Htckey Street, West Walnut Street, West Pine Street, South Artesla Street, Grand Avenue, E~st Second Street, ~ast Third Street and Hathaway Street are based upon a datum plane adopted and established by Ordinance No. SV1 of the City of Santa Aaa, which datum plane is 124.288 feet below the center of a bench mark consisting of a co,per plate fixed and located in the Northwest corner of the City Hall of the City of Santa Aaa, and marked "U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey B. M." All of said elevations are expressed in feet and hundredths of feet and are above said datum pl,ne. Section ~. At all points on each street existing between the consecutive designated points where the elevations are stated and'given, the grade on that street shall conform to a true and unifor~ gradient along the center line of the street, between designated points. All distances on each street between s~id designated ~oints at which the elevations are stated and given are to be measured along the center line of that street unless otherwise specifi- cally herein provided. Section 4. This Ordinance shal~ be published three times in Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Sant~ Aaa, and shall take effect and be in force thirty days after its passage. The above and foregoing Ordln~nce No. ~15 was regularly introduced before the Board of Trustees of the City of S~nt~ Aaa at s regular meeting thereof held on the ~nd d~y of Aprfl, 192~, and passed and adopted by the said Board of Trustees at a regular meeting thereof held on the 18th day of April, 192~, by the affirmative vote of the following named members thereof.
