147 0P~DINANCE NO. V1V. An Ordinance of the city of Santa Ana, amending Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2, providing for the penal bond of the Treasurer of the City of Santa Ans. The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha do or~ain as follows, to wit: 1. ~at Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Santa Aha, and that Section 2 thereof, which reads, "The treasurer of the Town of Santa Aha must execute an official bond in the ~um of Ten Thou- saud Dollars" is hereby amended so as to read as follows: Section 2. The treasurer of the City of S~ta Aha must execute an o~ftcial bond in the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars. 2. The City Clerk shall cause this Ordinance to be published three times in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in said city, and thirty (30) days thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect. The above 1923 and adopted on the 14th day of May, vote, to-wit: Ayes: Trustees C.H.Chapman, Nat. H. J.W.Tubbs. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustee Geo.
