Section 2 All of the elevations stated of Fruit Street, 144.40 and given in this Ordinance and which are hereinbefore fixed and established as the grades upon ~oFsdden Street, Halladay Street, Hickory Street, Kilson Drive, Oak Street, Beverly ?l~ee, West Sixth Street, Fruit Street and Eastwood Avenue, are based upon a datum plame adopted andestablished b~ Ordinance No.5?l of the City of Santa Ana, which datum plane is 1~4.288 feet below the center llne of a bench mark consisting of a copper plate fixed ~nd located in the Northwest cor- ner of the City Hall of Santa Aha, and marked "U.S. Coast and Geddettc Survey B. N.~ All of said elevations are expressed in feet ~nd hundredths of feet ~d are above said datum plume. Secticn Z. At all points on each street existing between ~he consecutive designated points where the elevations are stated and given, the grade on that street s~all conform to a true ~nd untfomm center llne of t?~e Street, between deslgn~ted gradient along the points.
