It is ordered that said map be filed in the office of the City Engineer of the City of Santa Aha, and be on file there- in, before the 5uperintendant of Strcet~ of the ~ald City of Santa Aha shall proceed with the punlicatlon snd posting of .notices of puhllc work, as hereinafter directed, and said map shall govern for ail details as to the extent of the s~td assesm- merit district. ~_~ Section ~. The Street Superintendant shall cause to b~ c~nspecuoulsty posted along all streets and parts of streets, .other punllc places, and reghts of way, and along and upon any prlwte unimproved property which is to be taken in the extension and opening as extended of Valencia Street, at not more than three hundred (~00) feet in distance apart, but not less ttmn three (S) in all, notices of the passage of this ordlnaDce; each said notice shall be headed NOTICE OF PUBLIC 50Fd{. in letters not less than one inch in l~hgth and shal'l be in legib!~characters, ~d state the fact and date of the passage of fhls Ordinance, and briefly describe the improvement proposed, and refer to this Ordinance of Intention for a descriptlon of the assessment district, end for further particulars. He shall.also cause a notice similar in substance to be published by two insertions in the S~nts Aha Daily Evening Register, a.daily newspater punlished and circulated in the City of Santa Aha, and hereb~ designated for that pur- pose. The notices Shall be in the form a~d contain the matters a~d be posted.and p~bl~shed as required and provided by law. The Clerk of the City of Santa Aha shall, iwm~edtstely upo~ the publication of the ~otice required by this section, mail, postage prepaid, to each property owner in the assess- ment distract, at his last known address as the same appears upon the tax rolls of the City of Santa Ans. and where no address so appears then to the gereral delivery at Santa Ana, California, a po~tal containing a notice which sh~ll be substantially in the following form: "You are hereby notlfle~ that on the llth day of June 1923,.the legislative body of the ~lty of Santa Ana, Calif- ornia by virtue of the Streets Opening Ac~ of 1903, passed an Ordinance of Intention No. ~22 for the extension and opening as extended of Valencia Street Nc~th of Edgewood Road as herein provided.~ Written protests may be filed with the City Clerk within thirty days after the 20th day of June, 1923.
