The Board of Trustees do ordain as follows: Section i. The public intereet requires it, and the Board of Trustees of the Santa Ann hereby orders described as folicws: That Valencia of the City of banta ~na and convenience City of an imp. _~mc..~ made in said city, ~t..et, a p~,~l~ st~'cet in thc City of Santa Ana, be extended and opened as extend~ed ss follows: Located in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, and beginuing at the point of intersection of the Nort~ line of Edgewcod Road with the ~ortherly extended center line of Valencia Street as per map recorded in l~iscel!aneous Map Book 15, page 21, Records of 0ramge County, California; thence North 89© ~3' West along the North line of Edgewood Road a distance of 95c.00 feet to a distance of 956.00 foot to ~a~t a d~ance cf 60 feet thence ~orth 0° 04t East a a poi the~ce S~>uth 89° 23' to a p..int, thence South 0~' O.i' Weal a distance of 956.00 feet to ar intersection with the ~orth line of Edgeweod Road; thence Morth 89o 2~~ ~;est aloug the ~orth line cf Fdgewcod Road a distance of ZO feet to the point of beginning. Section 2. It is necessary to take real propert~ for the mak~zg of said improvement, to-wit, the extension cf Valencia ~treet, and the real property to be taken for that purpose, and the boundaries of the district to be benefitted by said improvement and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof, and which shall be and is hereby assessed for that purpose, are described and specified and by Ordinance cf Intention No. 722 of the City of Santa Ann, passed and approved on the llth day of June, 1923, and attested on the 1Sth day of June, 1923, and thereafter was duly published in the Santa Ann Daily Evening Register, the original of w~ic~ is on file the City of Santa Ann and to which Ordinance of Intention reference ts hereby made rOI1 ail particulars.
