178 ORDINANCE NO. 901 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12~ AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. The City Council of the City of Sants Aha do ordain as follows: ~Section~l. That. S.etlon ll. of Ordinance No. 12, as amended by 0rdinanc~ No. 146, permitting the occupants of stores to use two feet in width on the side of the sidewalk next thereto for the show of their stock of goods and merchandise is hereby repealed, and hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use any portion of the sidewalk for the show or display of any goods, wares or merchandise, or the placing of any stands or fixtures thereon for that p~arpose. Section 2. by Ordinance No. 146, Section 5. That in all other respects said Ordinance No. 12, as amendec shall remain in full force and effect. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published three times in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper p~inted, published amd circulated in the City of Santa Aha, and said ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage.
