<br />
<br />Lots 2, 3, 5, 8, 15, 16, 1V, iS, 19, 20 and
<br />25 in Block D;
<br />

<br />the prices and on the terms and under the conditions particularly set forth in an agree-
<br />ment or option to purchase, which said agreement or option to purchase is now on file
<br />in the office of the City Clerk of the City of ~anta Ama, where the same may be inspecte~
<br />by all persons interested therein, and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, it is the opinion and Judgment ~f the City Council of the City of
<br />Santa Ana that the considerations offered by said The ~tual Building & Loan Association
<br />of Long Beach for the purchase of said real property is in all respects fair, Just and
<br />adequate, and that the best interests of said City will be served by the execution and
<br />delivery of said agreement or option to purchase said real property from the City of
<br />Santa Ana, and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, it is likewise the opinion and judgment of the City Council of the
<br />City of Santa Ama tha2 the said City has no use for said real property so proposed to be
<br />sold under said agreement, and that said agreement or option to sell said real property
<br />upon the terms, conditions and covenants set forth in said agree~nt or option to purcha~
<br />should be executed by the City of Santa Ana within ten (10) days from and after the time
<br />this ordinance shall t~c effect;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Smuta Aua do ordain as
<br />
<br />follows:
<br />
<br /> SECTYON 1: That the public be notified through publication of this ordinance
<br />of the intention of the City of Santa Ama to execute said agreement or option, (a copy
<br />of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, open to public inspection), and
<br />to sell the real property here~nabove described to The ~.~utual Building & Loan Ass, ociatior
<br />of Long Beach, for the consideration in said agreement mentioned, and upon the terms and
<br />covenants thereof.

<br /> SECTION 2: Tho City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance,
