<br />ORDINANCE DECLARING INT~TION TO GRANT
<br />OPTION TO SELL, AND TO SELL REAL PROPERTY
<br />
<br />WHERELS, H. C. HEAD of Santa Aha, California, has offered to purchase from the City of
<br />Santa Aua, all that certain real property situate in the ~Ctty of Santa Ana, Orange
<br />County, California, described as follows, to-wit:

<br /> Lots 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29,
<br /> and 30 in Block 1.
<br />
<br /> Lots 2, 3, 4, 16, 1V, 25 and 26
<br /> in Block 2.
<br />
<br /> Lots 18, 24, 25 and 26 in Block 3e
<br />
<br /> ~ total of 19 lots, in this group.
<br />

<br />all of Tract No. 517 as shown on a mapr ecorded in Book 17, page 41, of Miscellaneous
<br />Maps, Records of Orange County, California, under an agreement or option to purchase
<br />at the prices 2nd 'on the terms and ~under the conditions particularly set forth in an
<br />agreement or option to purchase, which said agreement or option to purchase is now on
<br />file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha, where the same may be
<br />inspected by all persons interested therein, and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, it is the opinion and Judgement of the City Council of the City of
<br />Santa Aha that the considerations offered by s aid H. C. Head for the purchase of said
<br />real property is in all respects fair, Ju~ and adequate, and that the best interests
<br />of said City will be served by the execution and delivery of said agreement or option
<br />to purchase said real property from the City of Santa Aha, and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, it is likewise the opinion and Judgment of the City Council of the
<br />City of Santa Aha that the said City has no use for said real property so proposed to
<br />be sold under said agreenent, and that said agreement or option to sell said real
<br />property upon the terms, conditions and covenants set forth 'in said agreement or
<br />option to purchase, is for the benefit of said City and the same should be executed by
<br />the City of Santa Aha within ten (10) days fr~n and after the time this ordinance shall
<br />take effect;.

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha do ordain as
<br />
