<br />ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1074
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning C~mmisslon of She City of Santa Aha
<br />has given notice of public hearings as required by law in connec-
<br />tion with an application to amend the Zoning Ordinance to cover the
<br />properties herein described, and has duly held two public hearings
<br />upon the question of such amendment, andthereafter by Resolution
<br />Number 365 recommended such amendment to the City Oouncil for
<br />adoption; and
<br />
<br /> W~REAS, the City Council gave due and regular notice of a
<br />public hearing before said body and such public hearing has been
<br />duly and regularly held, and the City Council does now find that
<br />public necessity and convenience and general welfare require tha
<br />following amendment and change in the present classification of
<br />certain property hereinafter described and that the proposed uses
<br />under the proposed new classification will not be detrimental to
<br />the surrounding property.

<br /> NOW, TW~EFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANADOES
<br />0RDAINAS FOLLOWS:
<br />
<br /> Section 1: That Sheets Nos. 29 and 30 of the Districting Map
<br />of the City of Santa Ana of Ordinance No. 1074 be amended to re-
<br />classify as R-3 Residence District all that property now classified
<br />as R-2 Residence District which said property is described as fol-
<br />
<br />lowe~
<br />
<br />Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 in Block 4;
<br />Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 in Block 6; Lots 2, 4, 6, 8,
<br />10, 12, 14 and 16 in Blocs 8; Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14
<br />and 16 in Block 10; all in South Side Addition; Lots 2, 4,
<br />6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16 in Block B; Lots 2, 4, 6, ? 10,
<br />and 12 in Block C; Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and~ in
<br />Block D, all in Heningerls Addition; Lots 2, ~, 6, 8, 10,
<br />12, 1~ and 16 in Block E, Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and
<br />16 in Block F; all in Heninger's Second Addition. These
<br />lots are on Broadway between Camille and Fairview Streets.

<br />That said Districting Map so amended be attached hereto and
<br />
<br />is hereby adopted and made a part hereof.
